What size Kettlebell should I buy?

What’s the right size kettlebell for a football player who is 6’2, 210lbs. What does the weight depend on?

I would suggest getting a couple of different sizes, so you can start off with a lighter weight, and move up to the heavier. I know a lot of brands sell Kettlebell Sets with three or four different sizes, which is really nice. Also, with a couple of Kettlebells you can mix and match when you’re doing your exercises, or work with two at a time.
